We deliver to greater Melbourne only.

You can use the delivery cost calculator to work out the exact cost of delivery to your suburb. This fee is established on a per kilometre basis starting from our South Melbourne studio.

Delivery Hours

Delivery is next day only, unless by special arrangement. Please call +61 3 9696 0666 to check if same day delivery might be possible.

Monday to Friday: 9am-6pm (Unless by special arrangement)
Saturday: Limited Hours (Please call +61 3 9696 0666)
Sunday: Closed
Public Holidays: Closed (Unless by special arrangement)

Please note that we cannot deliver unless we have the telephone number of the recipient.

Re-Delivery

If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery to be made (eg. You have provided us with an incorrect address or no one is home during your selected delivery time and there is no safe place to leave the order) a redelivery fee will apply to the same value as the original cost. You will be contacted before the arrangement is redelivered and given the option to pick the arrangement up from our studio. If Kate Hill Flowers is in any way responsible for the redelivery this redelivery fee will not apply.

Please note that if a security person is obliged to take the flowers on the recipients behalf, we cannot be made accountable for the flowers from this point on.
